Harpenden Properties Limited is a construction company that operates in two specific areas, traditional building work such as home extensions and renovations as well as building innovative, sustainable homes.

As the market has changed over the past 18 months we have repositioned our business to do more work for clients extending and renovating existing properties as well as building bespoke homes, employed directly by the client. 

We have worked whereby we are employed directly by the client, or for larger projects where an architect/project manager has been employed by the client, we sit behind this relationship providing traditional building services.

In developing existing properties, or building new, we look to build quality in at every stage resulting in a quality house that anyone would be proud to call home.

With regard to new builds we prmarily work in two ways. We can partner with a client to design and then build their dream home in the form of a joint venture, or we purchase properties or land and then build quality homes for the local market.

With diverse complimentary backgrounds we have been working together on property development in the Harpenden area for nearly 18 years and 2018 will see us complete our 28th project with two further projects starting during the year.
